Theresa and I sweet ding dong ditching in honor of being out of the 600’s!
I just talked to my handsome missionary on the phone!
This is the best day ever!
He let me talk to some of his investigators too!
AND he told me he loves me.
That’s all I really wanted to hear.
<3
At my missionary’s family’s house
… waiting for the phone to ring.
He called this morning (eeep!!!) and told me to be at his parents’ house by 6. But then he told his parents 8, and we’re not sure about time zones and ughhhh. We’re just waiting for the phone to ring. =] I can’t wait to talk to my handsome man. <3
Tomorrow I will be out of the 600’s!
SO
In honor of the occasion, I plan on ringing some door bells of my own… but not in a missionary kind of way.
To celebrate being out of the 600’s, I am going to leave flowers/thinking of you cards/stuffed animals on people’s door steps, then ring their door bell and run away.
Ding dong ditch, yo!
It is going to be so much fun. I can’t wait!
THEN ON SUNDAY
I GET TO TALK TO HIM
<3 <3 <3
Four months down today!
Before I know it, it will be 6 months down, then he’ll be 1/4 of the way home <3
Anonymous asked hiiii! i have a question. i saw your 2 year date! were you and him extremely serious before he left? i am interested in converting to LDS for a long time, i have bee praying long and hard about it... now i have recently met an LDS boy who leaves for his mission soon.
Hey! Yes, Elder Holm and I were together for three years before he left for his mission, but there are plenty of girls who are waiting for boys they haven’t been seeing for a super long time! You never know how it could go. And congrats on investigating the church! I’m a convert as well! Personally, having a missionary out is motivation for me to stay involved in church, it has really been a blessing.
Also, all of the girls on this page (Diaries of Missionary Girlfriends)

Are super sweet and supportive, They are very willing to answer questions, or lend support, and so am I! :)
A box of sunshine for Kevin!
A Quick Easter Update
Today
Today was so wonderful. I finally attended ALL of church… for the first time in over a year. I’m so thankful that I am able to do so with this new job (my old job needed me on sundays, so I was always late)
We got new Elders, so of course, they went up to talk. One of them introduced himself and said that this is his last area before he goes home. All I could think of was “wow, that is going to be Kevin one day.”
I got pretty emotional about it. Every time I see missionaries, my heart flutters a little. I pulled my car over the other day and stopped some elders on the street just to tell them that they were wonderful. They probably thought I was crazy. Ha!
We made a Baltimore shaped cookie to celebrate Kevin heading off to Maryland today!
TODAY!
IS KEVIN’S 2 MONTH MARK IN THE MTC! :D
He goes to Maryland like… ASAP!
AHHH
I’m going to make a giant, Maryland shaped cookie to celebrate! Maybe even another video!
I got TWO letters today!
Kevin only has a few more days in the MTC, then he will be off to Maryland! :D
I can’t believe it has already been two months!
